Came and did an excellent job taking years of dirt and brightened up my exterior house, and I have a two story with garage. He did the job for awhile ago and it's still super clean. It was the deep pressure cleaning that broke up all the grime foundation I had. Would recommend.

To say I am pleased with the job that Ruben did would be an understatement. Ruben did an excellent job with pressure washing my driveway, back porch, front sidewalk, front door area, and the sidewalks by the driveway. It looks just as good as it did when I first moved in. I will definitely be calling Ruben again for my pressure washing needs. He is reliable, reasonably priced, and does excellent work. Thank you again for making my home look amazing.

Ruben was very thorough. He was on-time and did a really great job at a reasonable price. My house hadn’t been pressure washed since 2015, so Ruben sprayed and patiently waited, then returned to spray again until the house and driveway were completely cleaned.

The price was very fair for the work done. Reuben did the driveway, sidewalks, the entire house as well as the screened in lanai. We are very impressed with the quality of work and with the professional manner in which it was done. We will be using his services again! Reuben has been back this year (2024) to pressure wash the sidewalks and driveway. Once again they look fantastic and will continue to use his service.

Patriot Pressure Washing did our entire Church property. Prior to their cleaning we had black and green algae on our metal buildings, including our steeple. Additionally, they cleaned our sidewalks and outdoor entryways. Patriot is a highly professional company leaving no mess behind. They performed this service at a very reasonable cost about three months ago, and our property still looks fabulous! If and when our property requires cleaning we will not hesitate to use Patriot. I got the dreaded "love letter" from my HOA stating that my house needed to be cleaned... the fine was steep and I panicked... THIS company understood exactly what was needed. I was able to send pics if thr house and get an accurate estimate of the cost. Ruben(?) was able to squeeze me in within 2 days. Prices were competitive (including military discounts ) but there were NO reviews... I'm older and really don't post a lot in here but this is an exception for me ... I *do* want the WORLD to know this company's fast, efficent service should make these owners millionaires in a few years.... get in while u can! I had a fantastic experience. I know you will too if you give them a chance. *dosclaimer note : I do not KNOWINGLY support anyone who is voting for tRump* and did not ask this time.
